Limit definitions

Calls: 500 call logs/month means up to 500 completed inbound or outbound calls tracked in the system. It is call count, not call minutes.

SMS: 800 SMS conversations/month means 800 two-way text threads.

Email: 2,000 conversations/month means 2,000 complete email threads. Multiple replies in the same thread count as one conversation.

Unlimited channels: “Unlimited” means no per-channel conversation cap for those listed channels under the Basic plan.

Minimum agreement: 6 months.
